Almost perfect. Found them on Autobulter, price was great and location & time was really convenient. They carried out work on my car which I believe was done to a high standard, unfortunately they didn’t change the water pump when they were changing the timing and cam belt. Manufacturers stated for this to be done together and the pump was also included in the price. However, they did not change it even though the car done 80k miles with never having any of it changed before. i only found out by asking the question as it was not listed on the invoice. I was not happy and raised the issue with the garage. They eventually agreed to have that done after some discussion. This did cause an inconvenience as I had to take the car back and be without it for some more hours while that got rectified. I believe this could have easily been avoided if they had asked or just change as agreed to in the quoted price. This made me feel a bit like a half job or corner cutting but they agreed to have the pump fitted which I got to give them. This is the reasoning for 3 stars, if wasn’t for that this would be an easy 5 stars as the service was great; Value for money, easy of booking etc. On the whole, i would still recommend!
